Leadership

Michael Deller

President and CEO

Mike has 30 years of Supply Chain and Procurement experience within medium and large CPG Companies including H.J. Heinz Company, Del Monte Foods, Ainsworth Pet Nutrition and The J.M. Smucker Company. His focus has been spread through transportation rates and services, contract manufacturing, production and demand planning, procurement for packaging and ingredients and leading roles in Risk Management.

Responsibilities included budgetary management, financial network analysis and optimization, multi-year contract negotiations, formula rate negotiations and eSourcing platform management. In addition, Mike provided organization structure design and transformation projects for Procurement divisions while at Ainsworth Pet Nutrition and The J.M. Smucker Company.

Scott Allen

Founding Partner

Scott is the former Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer of the H.J. Heinz Company, a global packaged foods manufacturer. His responsibilities included the global accountability of the company’s $5 billion annual spend of direct and indirect goods and services.

During his corporate career, Scott also served as the Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of Del Monte Foods, as well as Corporate Vice President of Procurement at Nestlé USA. Furthermore, he has also operated as a Procurement Advisor for several CPG companies and private equity firms, including, TSG Consumer Partners, Navis Capital Partners, Smithfield Foods, Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, Ajinomoto Windsor Foods, and CJ Foods.

Additionally, Scott has served as a Board Member at Lanworth (Reuters) a US satellite crop forecasting firm, CombineNet (Jaggaer) an advanced e-Sourcing firm, and Inno-Pak, a global packaging company.

Todd Miles

Managing Director & Partner

Todd has over 35 years of experience in Procurement, Technical Services, Sales and Operations. Todd has led significant initiatives at several major companies including Nestlé USA, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Smithfield Foods.

While at Smithfield Foods, Todd served as the Head of Sourcing Operations, where he and his team had global accountability for over $1 billion annual spend of direct and indirect goods and services across Smithfield’s Independent Operating Companies.

As a senior leader at Nestlé Foods USA, Todd served as the Director of Technical Packaging for Nestlé Friskies PetCare business unit, where he had responsibility for developing and executing strategic packaging and graphics design programs.
